ABOUT STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Magnus Octopus offers a restorative approach to strategic leadership, values-led transformation and creative connection, led by Ana Christmas. With expertise in change, organisational resilience and community innovation, we support individuals and teams navigating complexity and seeking meaningful impact.
Ana is the Acting CEO of LeadershipNZ, an advisor (AcademyEX) and has a background in environmental leadership (CEO of The Forest Bridge Trust), amongst other purposeful service. Her work bridges Indigenous and non-Indigenous worldviews, human and more-than-human relationships and strategic and creative practices, grounded in kaupapa Māori principles and systems thinking.
Her leadership draws on Haumanu, the restoration of ecological and collective wellbeing and brings a belief that thriving systems are relational, imaginative and purpose-driven.
We offer:
• Strategic advice and implementation for purpose-led organisations
• Leadership development connecting to transformational programmes
• Community resilience frameworks and collaborative solutions
• Facilitation and mentoring across environmental, social, and creative sectors
Creativity is at the core. As a musician and storyteller, Ana weaves vulnerability, imagination and authenticity into every space she holds, believing leadership, like art, is a practice of connection and courage.
Whether you’re a changemaker, creative or community leader, Magnus Octopus helps you lead with clarity, confidence, and heart.
