Ana Christmas is a purpose-driven leader, mentor, and environmental enabler who brings a unique fusion of strategic insight, community connection, and creative practice to Magnus Octopus. As Director, she guides a values-led platform for music, leadership, and transformative change.

Ana is also CEO of The Forest Bridge Trust, where she leads large-scale conservation efforts in partnership with landowners, tangata whenua, and environmental stakeholders. Her leadership is grounded in Haumanu—the restoration of wellbeing—and shaped by kaupapa Māori principles, systems thinking, and collaborative design.

A lifelong musician and bass player for Jett Generations, Ana believes in the power of music and creative expression to foster connection, build confidence, and inspire transformation. Her experience spans decades in social advocacy, including leadership roles in family violence prevention, community food security, and community-led crisis response.

With a Master’s in Organisational Change and Resilience and a background in facilitating adaptive leadership programmes, Ana supports individuals, organisations, and communities to navigate complexity, align with their values, and thrive.
