Booking Policy for Magnus Octopus Programs Thank you for choosing to participate in one of our programs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking and Payment o All bookings for programs must be made through our official website or via direct communication with our team. o Full payment is required to secure your booking. 2. Cancellations and Refunds o If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the program. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund. o In the event of a program cancellation by Magnus Octopus, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. 3. Program Transfers o If you need to transfer to a different session or program, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers can be made up to 7 days before the program start date, subject to availability. 4. Late Arrivals and Absences o Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals may not be able to fully participate in the session. o Absences are not refundable or transferable, but in exceptional circumstances, we may offer make-up sessions based on availability. 5. Health and Safety o Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the program. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. o Magnus Octopus is committed to providing a safe environment. Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and respect the wellbeing of fellow participants. 6. Equipment and Studio Use o All necessary equipment, including backline, instruments, and amplification, will be provided for each session. Participants are responsible for using equipment in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage to equipment will incur a charge for repair or replacement.
